Pastor & Sis. Ross
Pastor Ross and his wife, Katrina, moved to Mount Vernon in early 2003, following a clear call from the Lord to serve the Skagit Valley. Over the years, they’ve seen God’s faithfulness, grace, and goodness at every turn. What started as a small church meeting in their living room has grown into Victory—a vibrant, multicultural community of believers. Together, they are dedicated to sharing the life-changing message of the Lord Jesus Christ, that is Apostolic in doctrine and Pentecostal in experience.
Married for almost 30 years, Pastor & Sis. Ross have four wonderful children: Hannah, Jonathan, Joshua, and Jacob. They love drinking coffee, taking walks, and meeting new people.
